Operating the Yocan Red Slate Torch

1. Make sure the trigger is not locked.
2. Press the trigger and hold the button.

Note: The locking and unlocking mechanism of the Yocan Red Slate Torch can be found on the front end of the torch lighter when the Yocan Red branding is facing the user.

Adjusting the flame of the Yocan Red Slate Torch

1. Locate the adjustment knob on the Yocan Red Slate Torch.
2. Slide the knob to the left to increase the heat and reduce the reach.
3. Slide the knob to the right to decrease heat and improve the reach.

Note: The adjustment tool can be found on the lower right hand corner of the Yocan Red Slate Torch when the Yocan Red branding is facing the user.

Using the tray and silicone lining of the Yocan Red Slate Torch

1. Lay down your herbs in the tray.
2. Use the tray to roll your dry herb strains.
3. Use the tray to collect any leftover materials.
4. Lay down your wax concentrates on the tray and cut them into small portions using a dab tool.
5. Scoop up the wax concentrates from the tray.

Refilling the Yocan Red Slate Torch

1. Turn the Yocan Red Slate Torch upside down.
2. Get your butane canister and prop the pump tube to the refilling slot.
3. Press the butane canister down until the butane tank is full.

Note: Check the window to see how much butane has been loaded.

Cleaning and maintenance of the Yocan Red Slate Torch

1. Wipe the Yocan Red Slate Torch with either a damp cloth or a clean dry paper towel.
2. Clean any dirt, grime, or residue.
3. Always keep the Yocan Red Slate Torch standing upright (unless when refilling) to avoid leaks.

Note: The Yocan Red Slate Torch is designed to stand upright during storage.
