Replacing the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils:
- Access the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils by removing the metal tube on the Yocan Torch.
- Remove the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils by twisting it counterclockwise.
- Use a cotton swab to clean the metal contacts on the atomizer base.
- Take your replacement Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils and connect it to the base by twisting it clockwise.
- Replace the metal tube by pressing it down the atomizer base.
Note: The metal tube is held together by silicone O-rings and can be removed by pulling it away from the abase or replaced by pressing it down the base. The actual coils use 510-threaded connections. Avoid overtightening the coils and stop twisting once you feel resistance.
Loading the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils:
- Remove the metal tube on the Yocan Torch by pulling it away from the atomizer base.
- Remove the coil cap/screen from the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils by twisting it counterclockwise.
- Pack the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils with finely ground herbs and lightly compress the ground botanicals to cover more surface area.
- Replace the coil cap/screen on the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils by twisting it clockwise.
- Attach the metal tube on the Yocan Torch by pressing it down the atomizer base as the silicone O-rings seal it in place.
Note: Do not press or pack the chamber too tight as this may damage the coils. Avoid reloading the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils right after a session as the metal tube and the coil can be hot and may hurt you. Let it cool down a bit before you remove the components.
Cleaning the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils:
- Remove the metal mouthpiece to access the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils.
- Unscrew the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils from the atomizer base.
- Unscrew the coil cap/screen from the coil chamber.
- Use a small brush to lightly stroke the coils to remove any dirt or debris.
- Brush the coil cap to remove any particle that can clog the airway.
- Use a cotton swab to clean the metal contacts on the bottom of the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils.
- Replace the Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils on the atomizer base.
Note: The Yocan Torch Pancake Dual Coils uses flat coils. Observe extra caution when cleaning the coils as applying too much pressure can cause the coils to be knocked out of place. Use light and gentle strokes when removing leftover material.
