Return Policy

Return Policy:  

Yocan Vaporizer allows returns of all unused and unopened items for fifteen (15) days after the date on which you received your order. Qualified return orders will be refunded but will have $5.99 deducted from the refund amount which will then be used to cover original shipping costs. 

 

How to send the product back:

Make sure you email support@yocanvaporizer.com to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the box. Please include either a copy of your original Sales Receipt /Invoice or a sheet of paper with your Name, Address, Phone Number, RMA Number and Reason for Return clearly typed out for our Returns Department to review.

 

Missing or Broken Items:

All broken and/or missing items must be reported to support@yocanvaporizer.com within 72 hours of delivery. You will be assisted to troubleshoot (if necessary) and sent a replacement item once proven that the unit or part you received is indeed defective. 

 

Important: You must return ALL product components, parts and accessories. Yocan Vaporizer will not process any returns that do not meet the conditions of this Return Policy.
